Zach Larichiuta attended the College of Charleston and graduated with a degree in Business Administration in 2001. Loving the Charleston area, he decided to stay put. After he earned his degree, Zach attended the prestigious Xinnix Mortgage Academy of Excellence, which he completed in 2003. From there, he entered the mortgage industry as a Loan Originator. In the past fourteen years Zach has been named as the top 1% of National Originators in residential lending. Outside of his career, Zach loves spending time with his family, playing basketball, and eating at the great restaurants Charleston has to offer.

Dolly is my wife of 14 years. We have 2 daughters: Lucy, 12, and Story, 7.

I love educating and spending time with clients.

I’ve lived in Charleston for 24 years worked in it for 18 years.

Australia! I love the people and the culture– throwback USA.

Get your credit pulled before doing anything else in a real estate transaction.

Michael Jordan, because he’s the GOAT. We would eat sandwiches in between playing hoops.

The laid back, beachy feel

Enjoying my new beach house that I am building.
