Rochelle Mahoutchian is a residential mortgage lender right here in Mount Pleasant, working at the 4th biggest Mortgage lender in the United States for a company called Guaranteed Rate. Rochelle grew up in a very small town in New York, went to business school in Seattle, and then lived in the Chicago-land area for 8 years before coming to Mount Pleasant, SC. She now lives on Shem Creek, a dream of a lifetime for her and her husband. Rochelle says that she absolutely LIVES to help people and loves her job so much! She finds the people of Charleston to be her favorite clients to do business with because they are so kind and down to earth. After every mortgage she does, it makes Rochelle feel like she did a loan for a family member.
