Pamela Smith

Pamela Smith joined our Charleston community when she moved to Summerville in 2012 for a promotion with Lowes Home Improvement. Born and raised in Camden, South Carolina, Pam graduated in 2011 from “the best HBCU in the land,” Orangeburg’s SC State University with a bachelors in business management. After doing countless party setups for free, Pam listened to all the voices telling her to turn her gift into a business and launched her company PS It’s Elevated. Since 2019, she has been providing over-the-top balloon decor guaranteed to take your party to its peak, no matter the size!

I am the eldest of three. My sister is an assistant property manager here in Charleston, and made me a first time aunt in January of 2022 to my handsome nephew Orion! My brother was recently commissioned 2nd LT. in the National Guard and also works here locally. We love hanging out around the Charleston area and going to the beach.
