Zoe McAlhany

Zoe McAlhany has been a Realtor for 12 years with Carolina One Real Estate. A resident of Summerville’s Wescott area, Zoe is the proud president of her neighborhood’s HOA and a member of the Summerville Chamber of Commerce. She graduated from the Baptist College of Charleston (now Charleston Southern University) in 1985 with a major in English and a minor in history. Likewise her alma mater, Zoe has watched our community grow throughout her life and has grown alongside it.

Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.
I am blessed with one daughter, Kimberly Longwell.

Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career. What do you love most about what you do?
Before becoming a realtor, I owned a window treatment company for many years and was a paralegal with a real estate attorney.

The beautifully unique homes in downtown Charleston.

Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?
Retired, haha.

I took flying lessons.

My husband. It’s a smell I miss a lot now that he has passed.
