Born and raised in South Carolina- Josey plans on staying local and attending Trident Technical College with plans to become a Realtor. Josey’s friends and family would describe her as caring and loyal, always willing to help others. Her favorite place to be is on the water, specifically the Ashley River but she also loves to travel to new places. One of her favorite memories was going to Costa Rica with family and experiencing the culture, music and food.

Please tell us a little bit about your family.
I have two younger brothers- both who are baseball players at Hanahan my Mother is in real estate and my Dad is a finance manager over at Toyota.
What are your plans after graduation?
Attend a trade school for two years and hopefully get my real estate license within those two years.
What are two of your favorite restaurants in our community?
Captain D’s and Waffle House.
If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?
Italy because I have family over there that I haven’t gotten the chance to meet yet. I would love to see where my family came from.

If you were asked to give advice to your senior class and the younger students at your school, what would you say?

I would have lunch with my grandfather because I never got the chance to really get to know him and we would have lunch at Halls.

How everybody knows everybody.
Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?
Hopefully with a good well rounded job being able to support myself.
What is something on your bucket list?
To become famous one day.

Favorite Month- January because my birthday is the 27th. My favorite holiday is Christmas.
